Account Executive, Brand
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving brand strategy and execution, keeping the target market top of mind across campaigns. This position provides an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of strategic marketing, develop target insights, and gain a nuanced understanding of client businesses. You’ll become a valued partner to clients, helping guide their annual planning cycles and staying current on industry trends to fuel smart, results-oriented marketing ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the project lead and main client contact across various brand accounts, acting as an extension of each client’s marketing team.
- Oversee project quality across all deliverables, from timelines to budgets, proactively adjusting processes to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Manage client budgets and oversee monthly billing, with a focus on profitability and precision.
- Lead client and internal meetings, establish clear expectations, and manage both positive and challenging discussions professionally.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, reviewing all client correspondence and securing approvals at project milestones.
- Collaborate across functional teams, including digital, creative, media, public relations, and social media, to maintain synergy and drive results.
- Supervise and mentor supporting account coordinators, assisting in the training of new team members.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in agency or brand management, with proven project management skills across multiple clients.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment, managing details with precision, and serving as a central hub of communication.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Embodies a "We Before Me" mindset, showing curiosity, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or Consumer Behavior is a plus.
- Hybrid work flexibility and ability to work in an open-office setting.
